SINGAPORE, 7 September 2026 — Coventry Enterprises (Singapore) Pte Ltd (CES) and COSEM Safety & Security Services Pte Ltd (COSEM) have renewed their Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), reaffirming their commitment to collaboration in emergency response education, professional development, research and technology.
Signed at the CES office in Singapore, the renewed MoU takes effect from 7 September 2026 and will remain in force for five years. It reflects the organisations’ shared commitment to advancing simulation-based training, professional capabilities and knowledge development across crisis preparedness and operational resilience.
Under the MoU, CES and COSEM will explore progression pathways to relevant Coventry University degree programmes, potential areas of joint research, and opportunities for staff and student exchanges. The organisations will also consider new simulation-based courses in areas such as crisis media and incident command, as well as the application of Coventry-developed technologies and training solutions for relevant COSEM clients.
The collaboration will further explore opportunities to introduce suitable Coventry Enterprises products and solutions to clients in Singapore and oversea markets.
The MoU was signed by Frank Mills, Managing Director of Coventry Enterprises Singapore and Pro-Chancellor of Coventry University, and Leow Chew Hong, DCEO of COSEM’s Training and Professional Development Group. The ceremony was witnessed by Robin Lim, Operations Director at CES, together with Tan Wei Jie, Director of Emergency Systems and Solutions at COSEM.
